The small print
- Small updates means changes to existing content, such as text, photos, prices and opening hours. New pages or redesigns on Starter and Growth are quoted separately.
- Email setup covers configuration only. Mailbox licences (for example, Google Workspace) are billed by the provider at their standard rate.
- If you cancel, you keep your domain name. The website stays on our platform and is taken offline when you cancel.
- 12-month contracts are billed monthly and can't be cancelled before the end of the term.

Questions people ask us
I already have a Facebook page. Do I really need a website?
Keep the Facebook page; your regulars love it. A website does a different job: it helps new customers who search for what you do find you, see your prices and get in touch, whether or not they use Facebook.
Am I tied into a contract?
Only if you want to be. On a rolling monthly plan you can cancel any time, with a £199 setup fee. If you're happy to commit for 12 months, the setup fee drops to £100; the plan is still billed monthly but can't be cancelled before the year is up.
What happens if I cancel?
Your domain name is yours to keep. The website itself stays on our platform and is taken offline when you cancel.
I'm not technical. How much will I have to do?
Almost nothing. Have a 20-minute chat with us, send over any photos you'd like used, and look over the design. After that, if something needs changing, just message us.
How quickly can my site be live?
Usually within days of our first chat, depending on how quickly we can gather your photos and details.
Can customers book or pay through my website?
Yes. If you already use a booking app like Fresha, Booksy or Square, we'll build it into your site so customers can book without leaving the page. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you set up a free one and connect it. For selling a handful of products, we can add simple buy buttons. For a full online shop, we'll tell you honestly that a dedicated shop platform will serve you better.
